The Birthing of Muschie's

I, Monica Jahnke (Muschie), was working for Merchant of Vino as a gourmet food manager
when I decided to take on a job at a natural food bakery in Rochester, Michigan. Here I learned about
using all natural ingredients, in their purist form. Things like raw honey, sea salt, purified water,
and organic whole grain oats.

With all this baking experience behind my belt, I opened my own company called Muschie's. Over the
years I, Muschie, developed several unique products, like High Energy Granola Bars, delicious Spreads
for Breads, and now featuring an exciting new way to travel with my healthy granola on the go. I will
explain more about each product in its' own profile.
We have looked at the way other businesses
have chosen to market their products. Since our particular business, Muschie's Bakes Goods, makes products
containing no preservatives, or additives of any sort, we felt is was necessary to approach marketing
differently. Also, our expenses are high due to the fact we only use local, organic ingredients (whenever
possible), and each one of our products are hand made. For this very reason, we have chosen to market
and ship our products through UPS. Using UPS helps eliminate the middleman, guarantees freshness, and
keeps our overall costs down. Therefore, you receive the finest quality indredients, all at a decent
price. I am certain, after trying our products, you will agree that they are truly memorable and healthy
to boot.

Our products are now featured in many stores around the state of Michigan and in different places around
the country. Stores like Wholefoods of Michigan, Hollywood Markets in Royal Oak Michigan, Gramma's Gardens
of Troy, and in a wide variety of natural food stores, which are located throughout the greater Detroit
