The Scone Queen (Muschie) speaks:
Traditionally scones
have a reputation for being dry and fattening. Our scones, on the other hand, are moist and contain but
a tablespoon of unsalted butter, per large scone.
The ingredients in our scones are a base recipe,
using unbleached wheat flour, raw Michigan honey, unsalted butter and fresh farm eggs. We build from
there, adding fresh red-raspberries, wild Main blueberries, or some of the finest white chocolate from
Europe. The list (see below) goes on and on. You will immediately recognize the incredible taste of the
real thing. I rely on the flavor of natural fruits to make our scones moist, and I believe you will agree;
the extra fat is not missed.
Please do not compare my scones to anything you have tried
before, because these are truly amazing and require no additional toppings, like butter or jam, to be
thoroughly enjoyed. My local customers have traveled far and wide trying to dethrone me as the "Scone
Queen", but so far my title has remained intact. If you'd like, take the time to write me at my email
