Muschie's Fabulous Granola Pie
Try making my fabulous granola pie. Using my delicious
granola, with or without nuts, you can create this tasty deep-dish pie. Just follow this step-by-step
procedure, and delite your family or friends every time.
Ingredients for Muschie's Granola
Pie:
. A standard pie plate (deep dish preferred) . 12 oz. of Muschie's granola (with
or without nuts) . 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter . 6 tablespoons of honey . 3
tablespoons of brown sugar . 8 ounces of cream cheese . 24 ounces of nonfat organic French
vanilla yogurt . 5 kiwis . 1 cup of strawberries . 1 cup of blueberries . 2
pieces of chocolate

To make this fabulous granola pie, you will need to do the following:
1.
In a small pot, add unsalted butter and melt it down on medium heat
2. Once the butter has melted,
add 3 tb of honey, 3 tb of brown sugar. Stir those ingredients in well and bring to a slow boil. Then
blend in your granola mix as well.
3. After the granola, butter, honey and brown sugar is made,
pour this mixture and line your pie plate. Be sure to pack and shape this mixture in thick, to the contour
of the pie plate, or ceramic bowl (see photo A).
4. In a preheated oven, bake this for exactly
10 minutes, at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
5. In a separate, medium size
bowl, mix 8 ounces of cream cheese, with another 3 tb of honey, until this mixture is smooth. Now add
24 ounces of the nonfat, organic French vanilla yogurt and mix well.
6. Fill your cooled pie shell
with this mixture, leaving enough room to place assorted fruit (see photo B)
7. Arrange fruit
in a decorative fashion (see photo C), grate up some chocolate over the top, and "Vwhalla" you've now
made a beautiful, yet scrumptuous desert. And, it has the added bonus of being incredibly good for you
as well!
